3. Express it to someone.

4. Forget about the problems that will make you feel stress.

5. Make something that will make yourself comfortable.

6. Sleep whenever you face problems that will make you cry.

7. Go for entertainment.

8. Read something interesting.

9. Wash your face when you feel weird and want to cry.

10. Take a shower (for best result, scrub your body).
